Ukraine’s Unified Public Investment Project Portfolio has been updated—18 new investment projects and 2 large-scale programs have been added.

They cover critically important sectors:

  • Energy: 8 projects totaling 118.2 billion hryvnias;
  • Municipal infrastructure: 2 projects worth 4.6 billion hryvnias;
  • Transportation: 3 projects worth 2.2 billion hryvnias;
  • Healthcare: 2 projects worth 2.2 billion hryvnias;
  • Education and science: 2 programs worth 88.4 billion hryvnias;
  • Environment: 3 projects worth 153.8 million hryvnias.

The unified project portfolio of state public investments currently includes 131 projects and 64 programs. It was approved by the Strategic Investment Council on August 26, 2025, and was updated for the first time last October, as such updates are permitted on a quarterly basis. Updates are made based on proposals from the ministries responsible for the sectors relevant to public investment.
