In Diya – a new booking option for defense companies

A new feature has gone live on the Diya portal, allowing companies in the defense-industrial complex and those critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reserve employees even if there are violations in their military registration records.

This involves the temporary reservation of specialists for up to 45 calendar days. During this time, the employee can resolve their registration issues, while the enterprise can continue to ensure the fulfillment of defense tasks.

Enterprises included in the Unified List of Defense Industry Enterprises or those designated as critical to meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine may use this service. Applications may be submitted by enterprise managers, signatories, or authorized representatives.

Applications can be submitted online via the Diya portal. To do so, you must log in using a qualified electronic signature, select the “Employee Reservation” service, and choose the category “Employees with Military Registration Violations” when submitting the application. After entering employee data and signing the application, its processing status will be displayed in the applicant’s personal account.

It is expected that the launch of this feature will allow defense sector enterprises to recruit specialists more quickly and ensure the continuity of production processes critical to the country’s defense capabilities.
