The list of important payment infrastructure facilities in Ukraine has been determined

As part of its oversight functions, the National Bank of Ukraine has identified a list of critical payment infrastructure facilities in Ukraine based on the results of its monitoring activities in 2025.

As in previous years, the Electronic Payment System (EPS) of the National Bank of Ukraine remains the only systemically important payment system.

Five payment systems have been identified as critical:

• “Visa,” Visa International Service Association, USA;
• “MasterCard,” MasterCard International Incorporated, USA;
• “PrivatMoney,” JSC CB “PrivatBank,” Ukraine;
• “NovaPay,” NovaPay LLC, Ukraine;
• “Financial World,” Ukrainian Payment System LLC, Ukraine.

The list of major payment service technology operators has remained unchanged compared to last year. It includes: AC DC Processing LLC, Ukrainian Processing Center PJSC, and TAS LINK LLC.
