The USR software has been updated

The state-owned enterprise “National Information Systems” has implemented an updated version of the USR software.

List of improvements and resolved issues in the USR functionality:

1. During the registration action “State Registration of Changes to Information on a Legal Entity,” changes to the following organizational and legal forms (OLFs) are permitted:

• from OLF: 140 STATE ENTERPRISE to OLF: 210 STATE NON-COMMERCIAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY;

• from OLF: 150 MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE to OLF: 220 MUNICIPAL NON-COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIP.

2. The ability to select an inactive OPF has been enabled during the “State Registration of Information on a Legal Entity” registration action, as well as during special registration actions.

3. The operation of the USR software has been optimized when adding predecessors or successors by implementing a check for entity uniqueness before adding them to the list in the table.

4. To reduce the load on the System and improve overall performance, the functionality of the:

• the application programming interface (USR API);

• retrieval of results from free queries on the usr.minjust.gov.ua portal;

• interaction with the UaPay payment service.

5. Information regarding the status of the administrative-territorial unit has been removed from the forms for providing information from the USR based on the entered address.

6. On the usr.minjust.gov.ua portal, security for the functionality of obtaining results of administrative services has been updated by replacing the reCAPTCHA service with the use of a qualified electronic signature.

7. On the usr.minjust.gov.ua portal, the display of deleted drafts from the document submission stage has been removed from the administrative service results.

8. Content on the usr.minjust.gov.ua portal has been updated.

9. The list of information regarding termination decisions on the usr.minjust.gov.ua portal, in the “Publication of Information” section, has been supplemented with data on a separate division of a legal entity established in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state.

10. The signature library has been updated.

11. The following issues have been resolved:

• regarding the failure to restore a record of a removed representative in the event of a correction followed by the cancellation of a registration action performed prior to the registration action during which the representative was removed;

• regarding the failure to clear the type of organizational and legal form when changing the legal entity’s organizational and legal form;

• Corrected the incorrect name of the table of selected areas of activity;

• regarding the simultaneous deletion of multiple selected areas of activity;

• regarding the failure of the check for the absence of changes in the composition of founders (participants) or changes in information about founders (participants) during the registration action “State Registration of Changes to Information about a Legal Entity”;

• Corrected an incorrect description in the accompanying JSON file resulting from a request to obtain scanned copies of documents via the application programming interface (USR API);

• Regarding the discrepancy between the full name of the state registrar in the extract resulting from the performed action and the registrar’s full name in the USR regarding the registration action “State registration of the termination of an individual entrepreneur at their own request.”
