The declaration recorded a rapid increase in cash savings

The acting head of the Chernivtsi CCC Ivan Vatamanyuk declared $120,000 in cash savings, which, according to the electronic declaration, he accumulated over about two years.

This is reported by Ukrainian News with reference to the declaration data.

From zero savings to over $100,000

According to the published information, the official did not indicate any savings in the declaration for 2023. At the same time, according to the results of 2024, he declared $115,000 in cash, and in the declaration for 2025 the amount increased to $120,000.

Income exceeds one million hryvnias per year

During the same period, the official declared significant official income. In particular, in 2025, his salary exceeded 1 million hryvnia, and pension payments amounted to about 235 thousand hryvnia.

In 2024 and 2023, the level of income remained similar – more than 1.5 million hryvnia in salary and more than 200 thousand hryvnia in pension each year. In 2022, he declared more than 600 thousand hryvnia in salary.

The rapid growth of cash savings against the background of the official’s stable official income has drawn attention to his financial declarations. At the same time, all of the indicated data is based on submitted electronic declarations and is subject to verification by the relevant authorities.
