The Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the appeals of the defense in the case of the former director of Boryspil Airport Yevhen Dykhne and changed the verdict of the court of first instance.

According to the decision, Dykhne’s sentence was reduced from 5 to 4 years of imprisonment. The verdict against Olesya Levochko was also changed – she was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment instead of 4.

The court also upheld the decision to recover from the defendants over UAH 1.3 million in material damage to the state and procedural costs. The remaining part of the verdict was left unchanged.

The decision entered into force from the moment of its announcement and can be appealed to the Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court.
