Apartments of Russian propagandist Lebedev and Deripaska’s cars are being sold in Ukraine: FSMU announced auctions

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for sale the sanctioned property of Russian propagandists and individuals who collaborated with the occupation authorities. The total starting price of the new lots exceeds 29 million hryvnias.

This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the Prozorro.Sales system.

Among the most high-profile lots are two luxury apartments in the center of Kyiv, which previously belonged to the Russian propagandist and designer Artemy Lebedev.

One of the apartments is a two-level three-room apartment with an area of ​​​​193 square meters on Saksaganskoho Street. The apartment includes several bedrooms, an office, a kitchen, a living room, balconies, bathrooms and storage rooms. The starting price of the object is 14.1 million hryvnias.

Another apartment of Lebedev is located on Yaroslavy Val. This is also a two-level three-room apartment with an area of ​​​​138 square meters with a kitchen, bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. The starting price of the lot is UAH 10.6 million.

In addition, an apartment in Irpen, which belonged to Natalia Pashchenko, the so-called “Minister of Health” of the occupation administration of Luhansk Oblast, was put up for auction. The starting price of a two-room apartment with an area of ​​49 square meters is UAH 2.2 million.

Also among the lots are four Toyota cars that previously belonged to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. The cars are located in the Mykolaiv region, and the starting price of each starts at UAH 524,000.

All auctions will be held in the Prozorro.Sales system. The proceeds from the sale of sanctioned property are planned to be sent to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation.

The State Property Fund emphasizes that everyone can participate in the auction, except for persons associated with the aggressor state.
