Declarations-2025: it became known which of the people’s deputies declared the largest incomes

YouControl analysts analyzed the declarations of people’s deputies for 2025 and identified the parliamentarians with the highest incomes. The leader in terms of total wealth among parliamentary factions was “European Solidarity”, and the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko declared the highest personal income.
“European Solidarity” – over 4 billion UAH of income
The total income of members of the “European Solidarity” faction in 2025 amounted to 4.1 billion UAH, which is about 68% of the total income of all current people’s deputies.
The main part of this amount was provided by the income of Petro Poroshenko. In particular, the largest source of his income was dividends from the Swiss company Sequent Schweiz AG in the amount of 824.4 million UAH.
The three most wealthy deputies of the faction also included:
Oleksiy Honcharenko – 10.8 million UAH;
Andriy Lopushanskyi — 7.6 million UAH.
A significant part of their income was formed by the income of family members from entrepreneurial activities.
The wealthiest deputies of the “Servant of the People”
The total income of representatives of the “Servant of the People” faction in 2025 amounted to 762.7 million UAH, which is 10.5% more than a year earlier.
The largest incomes were declared by:
Andriy Gerus — 95.5 million UAH, mainly due to the repayment of domestic government loan bonds (OVDP);
Ruslan Horbenko — 31.1 million UAH, the main source was dividends;
Zhan Beleniuk — 29.69 million UAH, of which more than 24 million UAH was also received from the repayment of OVDP.
Incomes of other parliamentary groups
In the deputy group “For the Future”, the total income amounted to 309.2 million UAH. The largest incomes were declared by Stepan Ivakhiv, Oleksandr Gerega and Ivan Chaykivskyi.
In the “Dovira” group, the largest incomes were received by:
Borys Prykhodko — UAH 172.6 million;
Andriy Kit — UAH 18.5 million;
Oleg Kulinich — UAH 11.8 million.
Among the representatives of the deputy group “Platform for Life and Peace”, the leaders were:
Vitaly Bort — UAH 49.6 million;
Yuriy Boyko — UAH 42.8 million;
Serhiy Lyovochkin — UAH 33.2 million.
Who is leading in “Batkivshchyna”, “Holos” and among non-faction members
In the “Batkivshchyna” faction, the largest income was declared by Kostyantyn Bondarev — UAH 38 million. Ivan Krulko (UAH 13.8 million) and Volodymyr Kabachenko (UAH 8.2 million) follow.
Among non-faction deputies, Olena Kondratyuk took first place with an income of UAH 68.7 million. The top three also included Dmytro Razumkov (UAH 9.1 million) and Viktor Baloha (UAH 8.7 million).
In the Holos faction, the following declared the largest incomes:
Yulia Sirko — UAH 14.1 million;
Roman Kostenko — UAH 11.2 million;
Natalia Pipa — UAH 9.2 million.
Expensive purchases of deputies
Analysts paid special attention to declarations of valuable property. In particular, Yuriy Shapovalov, a member of the For the Future group, declared the purchase of a 2026 Zeekr 9X Ultra electric car worth UAH 5.7 million.
The study demonstrates a significant difference in the income levels of MPs from different political forces, and also indicates the significant influence of corporate assets, dividends, investments, and transactions with government bonds on the formation of their wealth.
Without an author
