Ukrainians subject to military service have been given the opportunity to pay certain fines for violations of military registration rules directly through the “Reserve+” application. The new service allows you to settle administrative violations online and even take advantage of a 50% discount if you pay on time.
What violations can be paid through “Reserve+”
The system covers the most common violations of military registration. In particular, you can pay fines online for:
failure to appear at the CCC upon summons;
failure to register for military registration after changing your place of residence;
refusal or failure to pass a military medical commission;
lack of military registration at the place of residence, work or study;
failure to renew military registration after being released from places of imprisonment;
violation of registration after receiving IDP status;
failure to provide transport or property in cases stipulated by mobilization legislation.
The CCC emphasizes: each violation is considered separately, so paying one fine does not cancel possible other administrative penalties.
How the system works
To pay a fine, you must:
Download the “Reserve+” application;
Log in to the system;
Go to the “Online Fines” section;
Submit an application for recognition of the violation.
After that, the territorial procurement center must consider the application within three days and issue a resolution.
If the fine is paid within 20 days after the resolution is issued, the amount will be 8,500 hryvnias instead of the full 17,000 hryvnias.
What will happen in case of non-payment
If you miss the established deadline, you will have to pay the full amount of the fine — 17 thousand hryvnias. If you continue to ignore the resolution, the penalty can be doubled — up to 34 thousand hryvnias.
After successful payment, the information is automatically updated in the system, and the violation message disappears from the application after the military registration document is updated.
On average, the entire process — from submitting an application to updating the status — takes about four days.
