Former Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko Headed KSE Business School

Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko has been appointed to a new position. On September 10, she became the president of KSE Business School, the business school of the Kyiv School of Economics.

The appointment was announced by the president of the Kyiv School of Economics, Tymofiy Mylovanov.

According to him, KSE donors responded positively to the decision to appoint Svyrydenko as president of the business school.

What is known about Svyrydenko’s future career

The issue of Yulia Svyrydenko’s new position was discussed back in the summer. In July, President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Svyrydenko and announced that she would leave the post of head of government and should lead “a new significant direction in relations with a key partner.”

Later, information appeared about the possible appointment of Svyrydenko as Ukraine’s ambassador to the United States. However, according to sources in the president’s team, as of July 14, she did not agree to take up this position.

Later, Svyridenko was also named among the potential candidates for the position of head of Naftogaz of Ukraine.

On September 10, it became known that the supervisory board of Naftogaz decided to hold an open competition for the position of chairman of the company’s board. Thus, the former prime minister’s new place of work became KSE Business School.
