Investments in industrial parks exceeded 45 billion hryvnias – Kysylevsky

As of the beginning of 2026, the volume of investments in industrial parks of Ukraine amounted to UAH 45.18 billion. The growth in the volume of investments since the beginning of 2024 was 48.1%. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Kysylevsky at the forum “Industrial Evolution: Production Turns On the Economy” in Bila Tserkva, presenting the magazine “Industrial Parks 2026”.

“There is every reason to expect that in 2026 the number of factories that have been built or are being built in industrial parks will exceed 50. As of the beginning of the year, their number was 37,” Dmytro Kysylevsky noted.

According to the data provided in the magazine “Industrial Parks 2026”, the total energy capacity available to residents of industrial parks in Ukraine exceeded 300 MW. The constructed and renovated industrial areas in IPs amount to 1.2 million sq. m.

4712 jobs have been created in the industrial parks of Ukraine. The leaders in this indicator are the industrial park “Friendly Wind Technology” (922) and “Western Ukrainian Industrial Hub” (898).

As part of the state program to stimulate the development of engineering and transport infrastructure of industrial parks in 2024-25, 56 projects were financed for a total amount of UAH 1.98 billion. These funds are provided on a 50% to 50% co-financing basis (for frontline and de-occupied territories – 20% to 80%) and are aimed at the construction of electricity, gas and water supply networks, reconstruction of access roads and railway tracks, etc. State funding was received by 22 industrial parks, which in total undertook to build at least 110 thousand sq. m. of industrial space and open at least 44 new production enterprises. Thus, 1 UAH of state investment in industrial infrastructure allows attracting 5-6 UAH of private investment.

The 2026 budget provides 1 billion UAH for the development of industrial infrastructure of industrial parks.

Industrial parks are a component of the policy of development of Ukrainian manufacturers “Made in Ukraine”. It is focused on stimulating production, industrial investments and non-raw material exports.
