Applicants to the master’s program who plan to register remotely to participate in the Unified Entrance Exam (UE) and the Unified Professional Entrance Test (EFVV) must obtain a qualified electronic signature (QES) in advance. Without it, it will be impossible to submit documents online.
According to OSVITA.UA, registration will last from April 23 to May 14, 2026 and will be carried out by admissions committees of higher education institutions. Applicants will be able to submit documents both in person and remotely.
In the case of online registration, the applicant must undergo electronic identification, as well as apply QES to the application form. The absence of an electronic signature will be grounds for refusal to register for the EUI and EFVV.
Therefore, future master’s students should take care of issuing a QES in advance in order to avoid problems during the admission campaign.
