NABU and SAPO conduct searches at the home of National Bank Chairman Andriy Pyshny — media

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP), according to journalists, are conducting searches at the premises of the Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Andriy Pyshny. The official reasons for conducting the investigative actions are currently unknown.

This was reported by “Ekonomichna Pravda” on October 21, citing its own sources in political circles.

What is known about the searches

According to the publication, NABU detectives, together with representatives of the SAP, are conducting investigative actions related to the Head of the National Bank of Ukraine Andriy Pyshny.

At the same time, journalists have not yet specified where exactly the searches are taking place – at the official’s place of residence, at the premises of the National Bank or at other addresses.

There is also currently no confirmed information about criminal proceedings within the framework of which the relevant procedural actions may be carried out.
