PrivatBank, in partnership with Paysera, has launched a new international transfer service to Ukraine through the PrivatMoney system. From now on, Paysera users can send money to relatives and friends in Ukraine directly from their smartphone without visiting bank branches.

The new service is primarily aimed at Ukrainians who are in European countries and regularly support their families in Ukraine.

Transfers can be made in euros, and recipients in Ukraine can independently choose the method of receiving funds – to an account at PrivatBank, in another Ukrainian bank or in cash.

As explained by the bank, to send funds, it is enough to open the Paysera mobile application, go to the transfers section, select PrivatMoney, specify the recipient’s data and confirm the transaction.

If the transfer is made to IBAN, the money is automatically credited to the account. If cash payment is selected, the sender receives a special control number by which the funds can be picked up at the branch or through other available channels.

You can receive a transfer in Ukraine through Privat24, web banking, self-service terminals, ATMs, support service or at bank branches.

It is important that there is no commission for recipients for such transfers – the entire amount is received without additional costs.

The bank emphasizes that the new service should significantly simplify international financial transfers and make them faster and more accessible for millions of Ukrainians abroad.
