PrivatBank offers business clients 18 months of access to AI services: what are the conditions?

PrivatBank has launched a promotional offer for business clients, which includes free account servicing and an 18-month subscription to an artificial intelligence platform. To participate, you must switch to the “Business Comfort” tariff and fulfill the terms of the program.

The promotion is valid from October 1 to November 30, 2026.

What PrivatBank offers

Program participants can receive an 18-month subscription to GlobalGPT, a platform that combines access to over 100 language models and AI services, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, and Midjourney.

The subscription offer is valid for the first thousand clients who fulfill the conditions set by the bank.

The “Business Comfort” tariff also includes free account servicing subject to the required volume of business card payments.

What conditions must be met

To take advantage of the offer, a business client must:

register to participate in the promotion;
switch to the “Business Comfort” tariff package;
make payments with a business card in stores and online for a total amount of UAH 30,000 or more;
fulfill the terms of the program during its validity period.

To switch to a new tariff, you must select “Tariff package” – “Business Comfort” in the settings and confirm the change using SmartID or KEP.

Which cards are participating

The offer can be used by owners of PrivatBank business cards, in particular:

“Key to the account”;

“Corporate card”;

Business GO.

In addition to access to AI services, the bank offers free Platinum card maintenance, reduced commissions on currency transactions and SWIFT, as well as personal banker services within the tariff.

PrivatBank notes that AI tools can be used by entrepreneurs for analytics and strategy development, accountants for working with documents, lawyers for analyzing contracts and potential risks, and marketers and sales specialists for creating content and commercial materials.
