State-owned Sense Bank has announced the purchase of advertising services with a total expected value of over UAH 92.2 million. The corresponding tender has already been published in the Prozorro system.

According to the tender documentation, the purchase covers the comprehensive placement of advertising materials on television, radio, digital platforms, outdoor advertising media, transport and in the metro.

The bank plans to spend the largest part of the budget on digital advertising and audience outreach. In particular:

over UAH 31.2 million — on digital awareness and OTT platforms;
almost UAH 28 million — on performance advertising on the Internet;
over UAH 26.6 million — on outdoor advertising, transport and metro;
UAH 5 million — on television;
UAH 1.38 million — on radio advertising.

The acceptance of tender offers lasted until June 29, after which the customer should proceed to the stage of consideration of applications.

Against the background of this procurement, attention was also drawn to the bank by previous reputational costs. Earlier, the financial institution ordered a study of its own reputation for more than UAH 1.3 million after the resonant publication of the so-called “Mindich tapes”.

As a reminder, Sense Bank (formerly Alfa-Bank Ukraine) was nationalized in July 2023. After being transferred under the control of the state represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the bank became one of the largest state-owned banks in the country. At the same time, the government had previously announced a possible sale of the financial institution in the future.
