The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to pay a one-time state aid of 6,500 hryvnias to citizens who were supposed to receive funds under the Winter Support program in 2025, but never received the payments.

This was reported by MP Olga Vasylevska-Smaglyuk.

Who will receive the payments

According to her, the aid will be paid to Ukrainians who submitted applications through the Diia application or in paper form, received approval, but the funds were not transferred to them.

These are the following categories of citizens:

children from low-income families;

children under guardianship;

children with disabilities who are raised in foster families and family-type orphanages;
internally displaced persons (IDPs) with group I disabilities;

single pensioners.
How will payments be made

In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 284, the Pension Fund of Ukraine will form the list of recipients.

After that, the lists will be transferred to the Ministry of Social Policy, which will ensure the financing of payments in 2026.

Thus, Ukrainians who, due to technical or organizational reasons, did not receive a one-time assistance under the Winter Support program in 2025 will be able to receive the funds due to them next year.
