SPFU auctions sanctioned assets of Lebedev and Deripaska: starting price — over UAH 29 million

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced new auctions for the sale of sanctioned assets through the Prozorro.Sales system. Real estate and cars that previously belonged to sanctioned Russian oligarchs and propagandists were put up for auction. The total starting price of the lots exceeds 29 million hryvnias.

Artemy Lebedev’s apartments put up for auction

Among the most expensive lots are two Kiev apartments of Russian propagandist and designer Artemy Lebedev.

The first apartment is located on Saksaganskoho Street in Kyiv. These are two-level three-room apartments with an area of ​​193 square meters. The apartment has a living room, bedroom, offices, kitchen, several bathrooms, storage rooms and balconies. The starting price of the lot is 14.1 million hryvnias.

The second apartment is located on Yaroslavov Val. Its area is 138 square meters. The apartment has bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a hallway, a pantry, bathrooms and a balcony. The starting price of this property is UAH 10.6 million.

Deripaska’s cars and the apartment of the “minister” of the occupation authorities

The apartment of Natalia Pashchenko, the so-called “Minister of Health” of the occupation administration of Luhansk Oblast, was put up for auction separately. The two-room apartment with an area of ​​49 square meters is located in Irpen. The starting price of the property is UAH 2.2 million.

The State Property Fund is also selling four Toyota cars that belonged to the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. Currently, the vehicles are in the Mykolaiv region. The starting price of the cars starts from UAH 524 thousand.

When will the auction take place

Online auctions are scheduled for June 30, 2026. Anyone can participate in the auction, except for persons associated with the aggressor state.

According to the legislation, the funds from the sale of sanctioned assets will be directed to the Fund for Eliminating the Consequences of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
