The High Council of Justice has decided to dismiss Supreme Court Judge Nadiya Gubenko. The reason for this was her resignation.
Nadiya Gubenko has many years of experience in the field of commercial litigation. She began her professional career in 1978 at the State Arbitration Court under the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR, and after graduating from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, she worked as a legal advisor and economist in state institutions and enterprises.
During her career, Gubenko held the positions of judge of the Arbitration Court of Kyiv, the Commercial Court of Kyiv, the Kyiv Appeal Commercial Court, and the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine.
In 2019, by presidential decree, she was appointed a judge of the Cassation Commercial Court of the Supreme Court, where she worked until her resignation.
