After the serviceman arrives at a new military unit, the procedure for his registration and enrollment in the personnel lists begins. The procedure for restoring monetary, material and food support depends on this.
The department explained: if the serviceman was officially excluded from the lists of the previous unit, then on the day of arrival he is enrolled in the personnel lists of the new unit. Accordingly, monetary and material support are resumed from that moment.
If the serviceman formally still remains on the lists of the previous unit, he is temporarily enrolled in the lists of the arriving personnel.
In this case, food support is restored immediately upon arrival, but within seven days the command must issue a corresponding order or instruction.
Only after this is the serviceman transferred to the permanent composition of the unit, which becomes the basis for the full restoration of monetary and material support.
The CCC emphasizes that compliance with these procedures is important for the continuity of social guarantees and material support for servicemen.
