The former head of the Kyiv District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support of the Odessa region, Oleksiy Kyselev, declared significant cash savings, real estate and income. At the same time, his wife uses two cars, issued through leasing, one of which was estimated at more than 2 million hryvnias.

The information is specified in the declaration for 2026, which covers the period until September 9.

More than a million hryvnias in cash

Olexiy Kyselev declared 21.5 thousand dollars and 178 thousand hryvnias in cash.

His wife, Nataliya Kyseleva, indicated 65 thousand hryvnias and 1.9 thousand euros in cash savings.

At the same time, according to the declaration, 2.2 thousand hryvnias and 19 euros are stored in the spouses’ bank accounts.

The wife uses two cars

The declaration also indicates two vehicles used by Nataliya Kyseleva. The cars are leased, so until the payments are completed, the relevant institutions remain their legal owners.

In 2025, Kiselyov’s wife leased a Renault Duster worth 941,119 hryvnias. The declaration lists AKORDBANK as the owner of the car.

In 2026, she also received an Avatr 07 electric car, the cost of which is 2.0427 million hryvnias.

In addition, in 2026, Natalia Kiselyov sold a Hyundai Santa Fe for 736 thousand hryvnias.

How much did the former head of the RTCC earn?

For the period from January 1 to September 9, 2026, Oleksiy Kiselyov received 611,536 hryvnias in salary at the CCC.

Another 207.6 thousand hryvnias was his pension. In addition, he received 17.3 thousand hryvnias from the military unit by court decision.

Natalia Kyseleva received 65 thousand hryvnias in compensation from the same military unit by court decision.

Also, the wife of the former head of the RTCC earned 246 thousand hryvnias in the KP “Odesmiskelektrotrans”, received 187.7 thousand hryvnias in pensions and 10 thousand hryvnias in social payments.

What real estate did the family declare

The spouses own the indicated apartment in Odessa with an area of ​​72.3 sq. m and a land plot in Fontanka with an area of ​​600 sq. m.
