The court has suspended the head of the Mykolaiv Regional CCC and Joint Venture Vitaliy Kulish, who is suspected of receiving $15,000 in illegal benefits. The official was taken into custody, but he may be released on bail of over 4.6 million hryvnias.

Law enforcement officials claim that for this money he allegedly promised to help three conscripts at once.

In particular, it was about not taking mobilization measures against them, removing the men from the wanted list in the “Oberig” information system, and creating conditions for their further unhindered booking at their place of work.
