The Ministry of Finance published salaries in the judiciary: in the HQCJ, the average payment exceeded 113 thousand hryvnias

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has published updated data on the level of remuneration of employees of the judiciary for April 2026. The average salary in the central bodies of the judicial system was 62.05 thousand UAH.
The highest average salary was recorded in the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine. In April, employees of the HQCJ received an average of 113.25 thousand UAH. In total, salaries were paid to 178 employees in the commission.
In second place was the High Court for Intellectual Property with an average salary of 102 thousand UAH. At the same time, only one employee received payments there in April.
The third position was taken by the High Anti-Corruption Court. The average salary in the HQCJ was 65.18 thousand UAH, and 273 employees received payments.
The Ministry of Finance also published average remuneration indicators in other judicial authorities:
High Council of Justice — 62.43 thousand UAH;
Supreme Court — 58.36 thousand UAH;
Constitutional Court of Ukraine — 55.10 thousand UAH;
State Judicial Administration of Ukraine — 54.48 thousand UAH;
Court Security Service — 48.68 thousand UAH;
National School of Judges of Ukraine — 46.50 thousand UAH.
In total, in April 2026, salaries were accrued to 2,481 employees in the central judicial authorities.
Separately, the Ministry of Finance published data on the level of payments by position categories. The highest average salaries were received by management — 220.83 thousand UAH per month.
The average salary of disciplinary inspectors was UAH 98.36 thousand, heads of managerial-level structural units – UAH 89.28 thousand, and patronage service employees – UAH 80.35 thousand.
Thus, the data of the Ministry of Finance demonstrate a significant differentiation of the level of remuneration between different bodies and categories of positions in the judicial system of Ukraine.
