President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees No. 309/2026–312/2026, by which he appointed four judges to courts of general jurisdiction. The relevant documents were published on the official website of the head of state.
In particular, Ivanna Okosteny was appointed as a judge of the Kovel City District Court of the Volyn region. At the same time, three judges — Oleksandr Lyubchyk, Oleksandra Razgulyaeva and Oleksandr Lugovets — were appointed to the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
The decrees were issued in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine (Articles 126–128) and the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, which determine the procedure for forming the judicial corps.
These personnel decisions are part of the process of updating the judicial system and ensuring the proper functioning of courts, in particular in the regions.
