The Secretary of the Judicial Chamber was re-elected in the Economic Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court

The Cassation Economic Court of the Supreme Court re-elected the secretary of the judicial chamber for consideration of cases on corporate disputes, corporate rights and securities.

As reported by the Supreme Court, on July 9, Oleksandr Baranets was re-elected to this position for a four-year term by secret ballot.

His new term of office will begin on July 22, 2026.

We would like to remind you that Oleksandr Baranets was first elected as the secretary of the relevant judicial chamber by the decision of the meeting of judges of the Cassation Economic Court on July 22, 2022. Accordingly, on July 21, 2026, the first four-year term of his office ends, after which he will continue to perform his duties for a new term.

The secretary of the judicial chamber organizes the work of the chamber, coordinates its activities and participates in resolving issues related to ensuring the effective administration of justice in the relevant category of cases.
