The State Property Fund is selling the Hannopil Distillery: starting price — UAH 3.55 million

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization the only property complex of the state enterprise “Gannopol Distillery” in Khmelnytskyi region. The starting price of the asset is UAH 3.55 million, and the privatization auction is scheduled for September 16, 2026.

What exactly is being sold

The enterprise is located in the village of Gannopil, Shepetivskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region. A complex of production and warehouse infrastructure facilities is offered to the potential investor.

The asset includes, in particular:

the main production building;

bottling and purification department;

malting plant;
grain warehouse;

other buildings and structures.

Part of the property is located separately in the city of Slavuta. These are station facilities, including a grain warehouse, alcohol storage, administrative building, boiler room and access railway track.

The plant has not been operating for about 15 years

The Hannopil Distillery ceased production activities back in 2011. Thus, the enterprise has not been used for its original production purpose for about 15 years.

At the same time, the State Property Fund notes that the future owner will be able to independently determine the concept of further use of the complex and implement his own investment project on its basis.

How much does the enterprise cost

The starting price of the entire single property complex is UAH 3.55 million.

The final cost of the enterprise will be determined by the results of the privatization auction, which is scheduled for September 16, 2026.
