The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court will continue the preparatory hearing in the case of MP and leader of the Batkivshchyna party Yulia Tymoshenko on September 3.

The hearing is scheduled for 10:00. This was announced by the politician’s lawyer Oleksandr Gotin.

According to him, during the previous hearing, the defense filed two motions for temporary access to documents. The court has begun considering them, but the prosecutor has not yet expressed his position on the second motion. Because of this, it was decided to continue the hearing on September 3.

Defense requests access to documents

The lawyer clarified that the filed motions relate, in particular, to obtaining temporary access to certain documents related to the registration of criminal offenses.

It is expected that during the next hearing, the court will continue the consideration of the motions filed by the defense.

The preparatory hearing in the case of Yulia Tymoshenko at the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court will continue on September 3 at 10:00.
