The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has made a decision, after which the investigative actions in the case of MP Mykola Tyshchenko will continue at least until December 29, 2026.
The corresponding decision was made by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court on September 24.
Mykola Tyshchenko is a suspect in criminal proceedings, which concern the possible receipt of illegal benefits, legalization of funds, and entering false information into the declaration.
Thus, the investigation into the MP’s case continues, and investigators will have the opportunity to conduct the necessary procedural actions at least until the end of December.
Currently, the published information does not report the completion of the pre-trial investigation or the transfer of the indictment to the court.
We remind you that the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court’s decision to extend the procedural terms does not in itself mean establishing the guilt of the suspect. According to the principle of the presumption of innocence, a person is considered innocent until his guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by law and confirmed by a final court verdict of conviction.
