The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court found the former chairman of the board of JSC Rodovid Bank guilty of embezzlement and official forgery.

The court sentenced him to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property and a ban on holding managerial positions for 3 years. At the same time, the convict was released from serving his sentence due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

The decision was made under a number of articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine relating to complicity in the appropriation of property and official forgery.
