The wife of a lieutenant colonel of the Central Military Commission received UAH 5.58 million in gifts: the NACP is checking the family’s assets

Over 5.5 million hryvnias in cash gifts, Jeep cars and real estate transactions worth 4.26 million hryvnias. Such information is contained in the declaration of Lieutenant Colonel of the Territorial Recruitment Center Oleksandr Nodyanosh. At the same time, his own declared income for the year amounted to about 672 thousand hryvnias. The family’s fortune attracted the attention of journalists, and the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption began monitoring the military’s lifestyle.

Over 5.5 million hryvnias in gifts: where does the money come from

According to the declaration data published by journalists, the largest cash income in the family of Lieutenant Colonel of the TCK falls on his wife Olga Kitura.

In particular, she declared two significant cash gifts from relatives:

1.45 million hryvnias – from her mother;

4.13 million hryvnias – from Svyatoslav Kitura.

The total amount of gifts is 5.58 million hryvnias.

At the same time, the income of Oleksandr Nodyanosh himself was significantly lower.

The declaration states that he received:

364 thousand UAH of cash benefits from the Lviv Regional CCC;
307.78 thousand UAH from the Volyn Regional CCC and SP;
1 thousand UAH of social benefits.

Thus, the total amount of the declared payments of the military is approximately 673 thousand UAH.

The origin of significant cash gifts received by the wife became one of the issues that attracted the attention of journalists.

Real estate worth 4.26 million UAH

Real estate transactions attract special attention in the declaration.

According to published data, in 2025, three agreements were made to purchase property rights to real estate objects from developers.

Their value was:

the first agreement — 1.43 million UAH;

the second transaction — 1.4 million UAH;
the third transaction — 1.43 million UAH.

The total amount of transactions with property rights to real estate is 4.26 million UAH.

In addition, Oleksandr Nodianosh declared a land plot of 1,000 square meters in the village of Zhyrivka, Lviv district.

According to the declaration, the land was purchased in 2015.

Journalists drew attention to the need to clarify the sources of funds used to finance real estate transactions.

Two Jeep cars and cash savings

The family’s declaration also lists two cars.

Oleksandr Nodianosh owns a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, purchased on July 31, 2024.

The declared value of the car is 1.31 million UAH.

His wife owns a 2017 Jeep Compass.

At the same time, the cost of this vehicle is not indicated in the published information.

In addition to real estate and cars, the family declared cash savings:

Olexandr Nodianosh – $4,000;

Olga Kitura – $20,000.

Thus, the total amount of the family’s declared cash savings is $24,000.

What is known about the wife of the Lieutenant Colonel of the Central Committee

Olga Kitura works as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist at the Lviv Regional Hospital for War Veterans and Repressed People named after Yuriy Lypa.

She is also engaged in private medical practice.

According to journalists, the declaration contains separate notes about the failure to provide certain information to a family member.

The authors of the investigation drew attention to the absence of some information about the income of the military man’s wife.

At the same time, the fact of receiving cash gifts or owning expensive property does not indicate a violation of the law.
