This is an emergency livelihood support program implemented by the Estonian Refugee Council.

The program is designed to help vulnerable households affected by the war restore or create a source of permanent income.

Who can receive assistance

Currently, applications are being accepted from residents of the Bezlyudivska community in the Kharkiv region.

When selecting participants, the organizers will assess the social and financial vulnerability of households. Priority will be given to internally displaced persons and citizens who have been directly affected by the war.

— families with persons with disabilities of groups I or II;
— households whose members have chronic diseases or require expensive treatment;
— families of internally displaced persons;
— households with unemployed persons aged 50 and over;
— large families with three or more children;
— families with children under two years of age;
— single mothers or fathers raising children;
— families in which all able-bodied members aged 18 to 49 are unemployed.

Preference will be given to applicants who do not have a permanent job or stable income during the selection process.

A mandatory condition for participation is that the household has not received similar financial assistance from this or other humanitarian organizations in the last 12 months.

How much money can you get

The amount of assistance will depend on the chosen area of activity.

How to apply

To participate in the program, you must fill out a special registration form of the organizers.

Applications will be accepted until 23:59 on July 19, 2026 or until the program funding is exhausted.
