The funds accumulated on the cards of the state program “National Cashback” must be used by June 30, 2026 inclusive. After the end of this day, all unused money will be returned to the state budget.

This was reported by the Ministry of Economy.

At the same time, the ministry emphasizes that the program itself will continue to operate as usual, and cashback for purchases of Ukrainian goods will continue to be accrued monthly after the 20th.

In particular, Ukrainians will receive payments for April at the end of May, and these funds will also need to be used by the end of June. Cashback for May purchases will be accrued in July.

How the program works

Under the terms of the program, citizens can receive compensation in the amount of 5% or 15% for the purchase of goods of Ukrainian production.

5% cashback is accrued for:

— food products;

— pharmacy products;

— auto products;

— garden and vegetable products.

15% compensation is provided for:

— clothing and footwear;
— appliances;
— toys;
— repair and hobby goods;
— certain products, including cheeses, pasta, oatmeal and buckwheat.

What can you spend cashback on

Accumulated funds can be used for:

— payment for utility and postal services;
— purchase of Ukrainian goods, books, medicines and medical devices;
— charitable contributions;
— support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

To join the program, you must open a special card at a partner bank and connect it through Diya.

Cashback is accrued only for non-cash purchases of goods participating in the program.
