President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the preparation of new personnel decisions after a meeting with Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

According to the head of state, in the near future the Cabinet of Ministers will make changes at the level of deputy ministers, and will also intensify the process of updating the management of state-owned enterprises.

Zelenskyy demands effective communication with parliament

The President emphasized the need for effective interaction between the government and the Verkhovna Rada, in particular regarding filling vacant ministerial positions.

“It is important that there is effective communication with parliamentarians regarding vacant ministerial positions,” Zelenskyy said.

A new competition will be held at “Forests of Ukraine”

The meeting paid special attention to the reform of state-owned companies. Zelenskyy stated the need for a transparent and professional competition for the position of the new head of Forests of Ukraine.

The President emphasized that the forest industry needs new approaches to ensure stable state income.

Changes are also being prepared at Energoatom

The head of state also instructed to speed up personnel processes in state-owned energy companies, primarily Energoatom.

According to Zelensky, the company has already formed a new supervisory board, which should promptly select a new head.

The authorities continue their course to reboot the state sector
