President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Law No. 15110, which provides for the extension of the military levy not only for the period of martial law, but also for three years after its end. The relevant information was published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The law establishes the current levy rates: for individuals – 5%, for individual entrepreneurs of groups 1, 2 and 4 – 10% of the minimum wage (in 2026 this is 850 UAH), for individual entrepreneurs of group 3 – 1% of income.

The adoption of the document is related to Ukraine’s obligations to the International Monetary Fund within the framework of a new financing program. It is expected that the extension of the military levy will help ensure the stability of the state budget in conditions of war and post-war reconstruction.

Thus, the military levy will remain one of the key sources of budget replenishment for several more years after the end of martial law.
