The budget of up to $60,000 remains one of the most common among Ukrainians planning to purchase their own home. It is in this price segment that a significant part of the offers on the real estate market are concentrated, although the possibilities of buyers vary significantly depending on the city.

According to real estate market analysts, about a third of all housing offers today are in the range of $30,000 to $60,000. Most often, these are one-room apartments – almost half of such objects fall into this format.

It is most difficult to find housing within this budget in large cities. In particular, in Kyiv and Lviv, the share of offers in the segment of up to $60,000 is about 10%. Small one-room apartments prevail in these cities, which significantly limits the choice for buyers.

Odesa, Dnipro and Kharkiv offer more options in this price range. Here, buyers can consider not only one-room, but also two- and even three-room apartments, depending on the area and condition of the housing.

On average, two-room apartments form a significant share of offers in regions with more affordable prices, while in large cities, buyers often have to choose a smaller area or increase their budget.

Analysts also note that more than half of Ukrainians plan to buy real estate in the coming years, and most of them are focused on a budget of up to $60 thousand. This makes this segment one of the key ones in the housing market in Ukraine.

Thus, despite limited availability in the capital and large cities, the housing segment up to $60 thousand remains the most massive and realistic for a significant part of buyers.
