“Labor migrants can only appear through the front”: Ihor Harbaruk about foreigners in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Expert supported the recruitment of foreigners into the army, but opposed their employment in the rear

Ihor Garbaruk stated that foreigners can help Ukraine primarily in the ranks of the Armed Forces.

“Labor migrants can appear in Ukraine only through the front. Only,” — emphasized Ihor Garbaruk.

In his opinion, the recruitment of foreigners into service will allow Ukrainian military personnel to receive rotation and the opportunity to rest after a long stay on the front line.

“Guys who are at zero for 30, 40, 50 days will be able to get a human opportunity to go on vacation, see their relatives and children,” — said the expert.

At the same time, Garbaruk emphasized that the state must carefully check foreigners who enter the territory of Ukraine.
