Former head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak commented for the first time on the suspicion declared to him in the case of legalization of 460 million UAH during the construction of the Dynasty cooperative in Kozyn. At the same time, he refused to talk in detail about the criminal proceedings until the completion of the investigative actions.
“I will not comment on anything now. When the investigative actions are over, I will provide a comment,” Yermak told reporters.
The former head of the OP also denied information about his having a house in the Dynasty cooperative. According to Yermak, he owns only an apartment and a car.
“I do not have any houses, I only have one apartment and one car, which you saw,” he said in response to a question from UP journalist Mykhailo Tkach.
Separately, Yermak commented on information about the possible nickname “Surgeon,” which allegedly appears on the released tapes as part of the investigation. “My name is Andriy Yermak, I have no other name,” he said.
On May 11, it became known that the NABU and the SAPO were conducting investigative actions against the former head of the President’s Office. Later, the anti-corruption authorities officially announced that they had served him with suspicion in a money laundering case related to the construction of the Dynasty cooperative in Kozyn.
As a reminder, on November 28, 2025, NABU detectives and SAPO prosecutors conducted searches at Yermak’s home as part of the investigation into the large-scale Midas operation, which involved corruption schemes in the energy sector.
On the same day, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced Yermak’s resignation from the post of head of the President’s Office.
After his release, Yermak announced his intention to go to the front, but in January 2026, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported that, according to the Ministry of Defense, the former head of the OP did not apply to the CCK for military service.
On January 23, 2026, Andriy Yermak renewed his right to practice law.
