The Supreme Court postponed personnel issues and postponed consideration of the appeal to the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada

The High Council of Justice during its regular meeting made changes to the agenda, excluding issues that were reported by members of the Council who were absent from the meeting. In addition, the High Council of Justice announced a break in the consideration of the draft public appeal to the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Legal Policy.

As reported by the chairwoman of the meeting, Tetyana Bondarenko, the issues proposed by members of the High Council of Justice Yulia Bokova and Hryhoriy Usyk, who did not participate in the meeting, were excluded from the agenda.

In particular, the consideration of materials regarding:

transfer of judge of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, Tetyana Balas, to the Kyiv District Administrative Court without conducting a competition was postponed;

extension of the term of secondment of judge of the Bakhmut City District Court of Donetsk Region, Natalya Frolova, to the Saksagansky District Court of Kryvyi Rih;
extension of the term of secondment of judge of Chernihiv District Court of Zaporizhzhia Region Anna Protsenko to Smilyansky City District Court of Cherkasy Region;
dismissal of judge of Balakliya District Court of Kharkiv Region Valeriy Khramtsov based on the recommendation of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

The High Council of Justice also announced a break in the consideration of the issue of a public appeal to the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Legal Policy. Its consideration is planned to continue on July 21.

At the same time, during the meeting, the High Council of Justice considered a number of other personnel issues, in particular, it adopted a decision to submit a proposal to the President of Ukraine on the appointment of Inna Smal to the position of judge of the Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court, and also considered the resignation applications of judges.
