Ukrainians took out over 200 mortgages in a week: how much housing was purchased under the eOselya program

Last week, Ukrainians received 218 new loans within the framework of the state affordable mortgage program eOselya. The total amount of loans issued amounted to over 424 million hryvnias.

The largest number of preferential loans at 3% was traditionally issued by military personnel and representatives of the security sector — 74 loans. Also, housing was purchased at a preferential rate by 13 teachers, 11 doctors and 5 scientists.

Who received loans at 7%

Loans at 7% were received by:

73 Ukrainians who do not have their own housing;

40 internally displaced persons;

2 veterans.

In total, 3,641 Ukrainian families have already used the eOselya program since the beginning of 2026. During this period, Ukrainians were issued mortgage loans for almost 7.1 billion hryvnias.

The largest number of loans — in Kyiv and the region

Residents of Kyiv and the Kyiv region use the program most actively.

In the last week alone:

69 loans were issued in Kyiv region;
in Kyiv — 42;
in Lviv region — 15;
in Vinnytsia region — 11.

The main demand of Ukrainians continues to be concentrated in the primary housing market.

Of the 218 loans issued:

138 — for first-time housing;
54 — for apartments in buildings that are still under construction;
80 — for secondary market housing.
The program also works in frontline regions

Despite the war, the eOselya program continues to operate for residents of frontline regions.

In the last week alone, 31 families from such regions received loans to purchase their own housing.

In addition, the state has provided additional support mechanisms:

compensation of 70% of the down payment;
coverage of 70% of monthly payments during the first year;
up to 40 thousand hryvnias for related expenses when registering housing.

The e-Housing program is implemented within the framework of the state policy “Made in Ukraine” and is aimed at supporting citizens and stimulating the domestic housing market.
